2. All claims against shipments must be made within 24 hours.

3. Returns can only be accepted with our previous authorization.

4. New accounts: First order C.O.D. To establish credit, three trade references and one bank reference must be submitted.

5. All shipments F.O.B. our warehouse, unless within our delivery area.

6. Minimum order $300.00.
